Terms of Service

By booking a service with JC's Junk, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing

Most jobs are priced flat-rate between $100 and $250 based on volume. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Unusual jobs (excess volume, difficult access, etc.) may be quoted outside this range with your approval.

Online Booking Deposit

Appointments booked online require a refundable $50 deposit, applied toward your final invoice. Deposits may be forfeited for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Excluded Items

We do not accept mold-contaminated materials or hazardous waste, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, asbestos, and propane tanks.
